A new approach of estimating the Galactic thermal dust and synchrotron polarized emission template in the microwave bands

The Internal Linear Combination (ILC) method has been extensively used to extract the cosmic microwave background (CMB) anisotropy map from foreground contaminated multi-frequency maps. However, performance of simple ILC is limited and can be significantly improved by heavily constraint equations, dubbed cILC. standard cILC works on spin-0 field. Recently, a generalized version developed estimate polarization maps in which quantity $Q \pm iU$ combined at multiple frequencies using complex coefficients called Polarization (PILC). A statistical moment expansion recently for high precision modelling Galactic foregrounds. This paper develops semi-blind component separation combining approach with PILC equations. algorithm pixel space performs spin-2 We employ this technique simultaneous estimation Stokes $Q$, $U$ thermal dust 353 GHz synchrotron 30 over 78 % sky. demonstrate three sets absolutely calibrated simulated WMAP planck varying models.
